My husband and I love chicken wings. There is a little dive bar in the town I grew up in here in Northern Michigan and we love dropping the kids at my parents house, driving back into town and enjoying some fried chicken wings with a cocktail (or two) and some adult conversation. They make them in a few different flavor seasonings but we always get the buffalo wings with a side of ranch and blue cheese dressing. They are so fattening but so tasty and it’s nice to be away from the kids for a little bit enjoying some alone time with my husband.

Once I started going low carb and tried Keto, I realized how many yummy recipes were actually keto friendly! I love carbs so much but they often make me feel bloated and run down. The keto lifestyle is super easy to maintain and NO counting calories!

Believe it or not, this recipe was actually our first go around of making chicken wings at home. My husband had a craving and I’m always up for food, so we decided to give them a try. His co-worker often makes chicken wings and brings them to work and my husband is always raving about them so we called him up and got the details.

They weren’t hard to make but they are fried so I let my husband do the frying. I grabbed a few bottles of our favorite wings sauce and a large package of wings and we got to work.
