Santa will love these tasty little peanut butter no bake sandwiches and you won't spend all day making them!
I love Christmas. I love the spirit of giving, decorating my home, entertaining friends and family and best of all keeping busy in the kitchen! When I think of Christmas, I immediately think of spending time in the kitchen with my children. They love to help out and we always try to come up with fun new recipes during the holiday season. It really is the best time of the year.
Some of the ingredients I like to have on hand are peanut butter and NILLA Wafers. We love Peter Pan Simply Ground™ peanut butter. It is the perfect peanut butter to use in almost every recipe. It's creamy but also has the perfect amount of crunch. It's not too sweet and I love that my kids can't seem to get enough of it on toast in the morning. If I'm running low, I simply run to my local Walmart store where I can pick up more of our favorites. And once I'm home I can even get money back from Ibotta for buying the products we use!
This Christmas I wanted to try something new for Santa. We always bake cookies a few days before Christmas Eve and leave them out for Santa along with some carrots for his reindeer. This year, I thought why not try something that was easy, no bake and just as tasty. I headed to my local Walmart where I picked up some Peter Pan Simply Ground™ peanut butter, NILLA wafers and some Swiss Miss® with Marshmallows. What goes better with cookies for Santa than some yummy hot cocoa? And, best of all this recipe only takes a few minutes (my favorite part!) and then you can get on with the holiday festivities!
