Use a permanent marker to write the plant name on the cork and then stick the fork into it and tie twine around the base of the fork as decoration.
Sand the edges of tin can lids so they are smooth, then write the plant name on them in marker. Bend down the middle tines of a fork and slip the lid into them to hold into place.
Hot glue a craft stick to the back side of each plants seed packet.
