This easy black lentils and spinach recipe is one of my favorite healthy side dishes. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and is full of flavor.
Ingredients
  • Your favorite Lean Cuisine Marketplace Entree
  • 8 ounces of ready-to-heat black beluga lentils
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon dried herbal spice blend
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small pan, add lentils, water and herbs.
  2. Heat on medium heat for about 3 minutes stirring constantly until heated through.
  3. Stir in spinach and heat for another 3 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and pair with your favorite Lean Cuisine Marketplace entree.
